What This Warranty Covers:

For as long as the original end-customer owns the product, we cover:

• Defects in materials or workmanship

• Internal operating mechanisms

• Mounting brackets and hardware components

• Fabric delamination

• Operational cords (covered for 7 years from the original purchase date)

• Motorization components (covered for 5 years from the original purchase date)

Any necessary repairs or replacements will be fulfilled using like or equivalent parts or products.

What This Warranty Does Not Cover:

• Normal wear and tear over time

• Damage caused by accidents, abuse, or improper use.

• Unauthorized modifications or alterations

• Exposure to the elements (e.g., moisture, excessive sunlight, wind) causes fading, discoloration, or warping.

• Improper measurements, installation, cleaning, or maintenance

• Costs related to product removal, reinstallation, or shipping.
